We had a great stay in a spacious Corner King Suite with a spa bath. The interior design is striking, and the pool area is impressive. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The array of gaming options is extensive. I highly recommend this place for adults.

We upgraded to a corner suite – oh my, so spacious! The jacuzzi tub by the bed was pure bliss, especially watching fireworks from it. And Hal, the golf cart driver, was an absolute gem!
The front desk staff were about as cheerful as a rainy Monday morning. And don't even get me started on room service taking longer than a tea time chat!

The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. It had a lovely layout and the amenities were top-notch. Can't beat the close proximity to the gaming action!
The elevators were so noisy I thought I was sleeping in a nightclub! If only they had soundproof rooms, I'd truly be in paradise.

Casinos have a variety of games, plenty of fun. Check-in took ages, really frustrating. My room overlooked the falls, beautiful views. Had trouble finding parking when I arrived, kind of confusing.

missingWrote a review on Nov 23spacious roomfriendly atmospheregreat amenitiespoor servicelong wait
The Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino offered a pretty solid stay. The rooms were spacious, and the views of the falls were nice, especially from upper floors. The pool area was fantastic, and the jacuzzi added a touch of relaxation after a long day exploring. I enjoyed free drinks while gambling, and the variety of gaming options kept me entertained. However, customer service at the front desk left much to be desired. I encountered a rude manager during check-in, which was disappointing. Additionally, there were times when housekeeping was slow to respond. While the dining options were plentiful, I found the food quality to be inconsistent. Parking was confusing upon arrival as well. Despite these issues, I loved the overall atmosphere, and I would consider returning.

More non-smoking areas within the casino would help.

Overall, I had a great experience with spacious, tastefully decorated rooms and an absolutely delightful Italian restaurant that served the freshest lobster ravioli! I'd definitely choose this place again for such a tasty dining option.

The stay was enjoyable overall with a beautiful room and a fantastic view, but dinner service at the restaurants was slow and the pool closed unexpectedly. The casino and hotel have many options, making it convenient to have everything in one place.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore local attractions. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, specifically highlighting the food quality. interactions with some staff at the front desk were not as welcoming, which could be improved for a better overall experience.

proximity to key attractions, diverse dining options, in-house spa services
The pervasive cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking rooms really detracted from the experience! ! Long wait times at check-in made it feel chaotic! Improving maintenance responsiveness and eliminating the strange $2 charge for bottled water would be a great jump forward!

missingWrote a review on Nov 02jacuzzi tub
So we upgraded to a corner suite, and man, it was spacious + that jacuzzi tub was something else. I mean, I had a perfect view while watching TV from the tub, and to top it off, we caught those awesome fireworks at the falls while soaking. What a sight!
Sure, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it felt worth it.

I enjoyed my spacious room with a stunning view, perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere in the casino was vibrant and entertaining. However, the dining options lacked consistency in service quality and the front desk staff could be more welcoming.
